Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 2025 This policy outlines the terms and conditions for clients booking and attending online tax preparation appointments with Atlante’ Manigo & Co. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms set forth below. 1. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation • All online tax preparation appointments must be scheduled via our official booking platform. • Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with details about the appointment, including the video meeting link. 2. Appointment Reminders • Clients will receive an email and text reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before their scheduled appointment. • Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive these reminders. 3. Appointment Grace Period and Cancellation • Clients have a 7-minute grace period to join their appointment. • If the client has not joined the virtual meeting within 7 minutes of the scheduled time, the preparer reserves the right to cancel the appointment without refund or rescheduling. • Clients must reschedule missed appointments, subject to availability. 4. Refund Advance Loan Terms • Atlante’ Manigo & Co. offers Refund Advance loans through Refund Advantage Bank. • Eligibility for the Refund Advance loan is contingent upon: • Submission of a completed tax return prepared by Atlante’ Manigo & Co. • Acceptance of the return by the IRS. • Meeting all qualifications as determined by Refund Advantage Bank. • Loan amounts are up to $7,000, and disbursement timelines are determined by Refund Advantage Bank. • Refund Advance loans are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. 5. Referral Program • Atlante’ Manigo & Co. offers a $25 referral fee for each new client referred using your custom referral link. • Referral fees will only be paid when: • The referred client’s tax return is prepared and submitted by Atlante’ Manigo & Co. • The referred client’s tax return is accepted by the IRS. • Referral fees will be processed within 14 business days of IRS acceptance. • Custom referral links are provided upon request. Misuse or fraudulent use of referral links will result in immediate termination from the referral program. 6. Document Submission and Privacy • Clients must upload all necessary tax documents securely via the designated portal at least 24 hours before their appointment. • All information shared with Atlante’ Manigo & Co. is protected under our
